Lost and Returned Order Policy

If your order is lost in transit, please contact us at astronamee@gmail.com with your order number. We’ll investigate and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

If an item is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the item.
